No binding purchase agreement between you and Spruce has been made until you receive an order confirmation from the team.
We will expedite your order within 1-3 working days. Once we have shipped your order you will receive a notification to the email address you provided during your check out. Unfortunately, there’s no track and trace service for orders. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org directly.
All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu within 3 – 10 business days. All orders are subject to availability.
Unless stated otherwise, the delivery costs are stated at time of purchase. Spruce is able to arrange carriage of goods to most Indian addresses and will always seek to use the most cost effective service insofar as this does not affect the quality of service.
No cancellation will be accepted after the dispatch of goods.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We guarantee the quality of all our products. Returns are applicable only if the goods are damaged in transit, returned to us within 7 days of delivery, in the same unused condition along with the original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You must also inform us of your intention to return the product by e-mail to email@example.com before returning items. We could also hold your balance amount until your next purchase.
