DELIVERY COSTS
Unless stated otherwise, the delivery costs are stated at time of purchase. Spruce is able to arrange carriage of goods to most Indian addresses and will always seek to use the most cost effective service.

CANCELLATION
We do not entertain cancellation requests.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian legal standards.
